Nexperia is seeking a Finance Data and Process Lead to drive OPEX data insights, financial reporting, and governance across the global Finance organization. You will own reporting accuracy, develop dashboards, and partner with Finance BI, IT, and stakeholders to improve data quality and processes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 5+ years in FP&A/Finance Data Analytics, and extensive SAP experience. A proactive, cross-cultural collaborator will thrive in this global environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in Finance Controlling, Financial Reporting, FP&A, or Finance Data Analytics.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented.
• Advanced Excel; VBA a plus.
• Experience with SAP data models and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of IFRS reporting standards.

• Act as SME for OPEX data insights and reporting.
• Own timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Improve data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
