Nexperia is seeking a finance professional to drive planning, analysis and decision support. You will tackle complex business plans, model scenarios and present insights to executives, enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, cross-functional collaboration and driving efficiency in monthly closing and reporting processes.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Big Four or similar high-performance environment.
• Experience with financial modelling and company/project valuations (DCF, multiples).
• Strong analytical thinking with cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced Excel and complex financial modeling experience.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills (Thinkcell).
• Proficiency with BI tools and data analytics.

Mansioni

• Challenge, validate and critically assess business plans and financial assumptions.
• Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to evaluate risks and value drivers.
• Prepare financial analyses and decision-support material for senior management.
• Create user-friendly PowerPoint presentations for executives.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.
• Drive automation and standardization of reporting packages and KPI dashboards.
