Job summary

Nexperia is seeking a finance professional to drive planning, analysis and decision support. You will tackle complex business plans, model scenarios and present insights to executives, enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, cross-functional collaboration and driving efficiency in monthly closing and reporting processes.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Big Four or similar high-performance environment.
  • Experience with financial modelling and company/project valuations (DCF, multiples).
  • Strong analytical thinking with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Advanced Excel and complex financial modeling experience.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills (Thinkcell).
  • Proficiency with BI tools and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Job description

What you will do
  • Challenge, validate and critically assess business plans and financial assumptions
  • Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to evaluate risks and key value drivers
  • Prepare financial analyses and decision-support material for senior and executive management
  • Prepare user-friendly & insightful Power Point presentation
  • Act as sparring partner to Executive Management Team, Controlling, Business Groups and Strategy Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes
  • Promote a data-driven and analytical decision‑making culture in the organization
  • Perform month end closing analysis including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow review
  • Improve MEC processes to increase speed, accuracy and reliability of monthly closing
  • Drive standardization and automation of reporting packages and KPI dashboards across Business Groups
What you will need
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Big Four firm or similar high‑performance environment, depending on educational credentials
  • Experience with financial modelling as well as company and project valuations as DCF and multiples is an advantage
  • Strong interest in project‑driven work and cross‑functional collaboration
  • Highly analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience building complex financial models
  • Advanced Power Point skills (e.g. also Thinkcell)
  • Strong affinity for BI tools and data analytics (e.g.,SAP BW. SAP Analytics Cloud)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex topics clearly
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive insights
  • High level of accuracy, structure and attention to detail
  • Self‑starter with motivation to improve processes and drive efficiency
  • Ability to work independently while engaging stakeholders effectively
  • Reliable team player with a proactive and hands‑on mentality
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
