Nexperia in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Master Data Expert to be the global subject matter expert for Finance master data governance and management. You will ensure accuracy and quality of Finance master data to enable efficient financial and operational processes.

You will lead governance, improvements, and migration projects, collaborate with global stakeholders, and establish data quality metrics while maintaining compliance across systems such as SAP Finance.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in master data governance, maintenance, and migration.
Strong expertise in Finance master data: GL Accounts, Profit Centers, Cost Centers, Vendors, Customers, and Materials.
Experience working with SAP Finance.
Excellent English communication skills.
Proactive mindset with continuous improvement.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance the global Finance master data strategy in collaboration with Finance and Master Data teams.
Lead Finance master data governance, improvement, and migration projects.
Review and approve day-to-day Finance master data requests.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance master data quality and processes.
Establish and maintain monitoring, reporting, and data quality metrics for Finance master data.
Collaborate closely with global master data maintenance teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.
