Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years experience).
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Events, Hospitality, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally for events when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective clients and opportunities.
• Generate new sales leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client quotations.
• Maintain and update client database and sales pipelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Support the team during client meetings and presentations.
• Support senior team members in planning and delivering client events.
• Assist with coordination of vendors, venues, and suppliers.
• Support preparation of event materials and logistics.
• Assist during on-site event and exhibition operations as required.
• Communicate with clients under guidance of senior team members.
• Coordinate internally with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Support post-event follow-ups and reporting.
