Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Sustainability & CSR Reporting Specialist to support global CSR and sustainability disclosures. This role requires strong ESG reporting knowledge, excellent writing, and collaboration across HR, Legal, Supply Chain, and EHS teams to deliver accurate reports.

You will coordinate SMEs, manage reporting processes in Workiva, and contribute to disclosures for GRI, SASB, UNGC, EcoVadis, and CSRD, helping shape sustainability ratings and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of CSR/ESG reporting frameworks and regulations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using reporting and collaboration tools
• Workiva Experience Preferred
• Power BI or analytics experience is a plus

Aufgaben

• Serve as a core contributor to Xerox’s CSR Reporting team
• Coordinate SMEs to develop, review, and validate report content
• Manage CSR reporting processes using Workiva
• Support disclosures for GRI, SASB, UNGC, EcoVadis, and CSRD
• Review corrective action plans and support document validation
• Coordinate EHS&S inputs for CSR-related Form 10-K disclosures
• Partner with HR, Legal, Supply Chain, and EHS teams
• Identify reporting gaps and recommend process improvements
