Xerox Philippines is seeking a Global ESG & CSR Reporting Specialist to support global CSR and sustainability disclosures aligned with GRI, SASB, UNGC, EcoVadis and CSRD. The role requires coordinating SMEs to develop, review, and validate report content, and managing CSR reporting processes in Workiva.

This position involves close collaboration with HR, Legal, Supply Chain and EHS to deliver accurate, high-quality disclosures across global reports and filings.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and validating sustainability disclosures.
• Strong understanding of CSR reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, UNGC, CSRD).
• Ability to coordinate SMEs and cross-functional teams.
