Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Sustainability & CSR Reporting Specialist to support global CSR and sustainability disclosures aligned with GRI, SASB, UNGC, EcoVadis and CSRD.

The role requires coordinating SMEs to develop, review, and validate report content, managing CSR reporting processes in Workiva, and collaborating with HR, Legal, Supply Chain and EHS to deliver accurate, high-quality disclosures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CSR / ESG reporting frameworks and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using reporting and collaboration tools.
• Workiva experience preferred.
• Power BI or analytics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core contributor to Xerox’s CSR Reporting team
• Coordinate SMEs to develop, review, and validate report content
• Manage CSR reporting processes using Workiva
• Support disclosures for GRI, SASB, UNGC, EcoVadis, and CSRD
• Review corrective action plans and support document validation
• Coordinate EHS&S inputs for CSR-related Form 10-K disclosures
• Partner with HR, Legal, Supply Chain, and EHS teams
• Identify reporting gaps and recommend process improvements

Xerox is seeking a Sustainability & CSR Reporting Specialist to support the company’s global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability reporting activities. This role is a core contributor to external disclosures that are reviewed by customers, regulators, investors, and sustainability rating agencies.

The ideal candidate has strong ESG/CSR reporting knowledge, excellent writing skills, and experience working across multiple teams to deliver accurate, high-quality disclosures aligned with global frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
