Qualifications

• 10+ years in stock administration, equity compensation, or related field.
• Experience supporting late-stage private or public company processes.
• Deep knowledge of equity compensation vehicles and tax considerations.
• Familiarity with public-company requirements and SOX controls.
• Ability to build scalable processes in a growing organization.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Finance, Tax, Payroll, HR.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day and strategic administration of equity programs (options, RSUs, restricted stock).
• Oversee lifecycle: grants, vesting, exercises, settlements, transfers, terminations.
• Ensure accurate equity records and governance documentation.
• Lead IPO-readiness efforts for equity compensation and capitalization.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Tax and external advisors on compliance.
• Develop scalable policies, controls, and service standards for equity administration.
• Manage global equity operations across jurisdictions and mobility.
