Job summary

Citco is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join the Citco Experience Design (CXD) Team, driving digital transformation for enterprise platforms.

You will lead end-to-end UX/UI design, collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across global teams, create wireframes and high-fidelity UI, and mentor junior designers.

A strong portfolio and 3–5+ years in UX/UI or Product Design are required, with experience in design systems and scalable UI frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, CS, or related field.
• 3–5+ years experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI work.
• Experience with design systems and scalable UI frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for enterprise features.
