Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in Manila is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead and direct human-centered design across enterprise initiatives. You will own UX for large, complex features, deliver artefacts, and collaborate with engineers, product managers and stakeholders to craft elegant user experiences.

You will mentor designers, run design reviews, and align work with Citco’s Design System and principles while contributing to a globally expanding design practice based in Manila.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a designer, with a supporting portfolio.
• Strong foundation in UX design principles: research, wireframes, prototyping, high-fidelity work.
• Experience using design systems to drive coherent design practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct activities to deliver human-centered design in a complex B2B environment.
• Own UX for large, complex features, including delivery of artefacts.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver elegant UX.
• Create prototypes, wireframes, service blueprints, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Advocate prioritization of design-centered changes and improvements.
• Align with Citco Design Principles and Design System.
• Mentor designers and guide research practices; run design reviews.
