Job summary

HRTX in Makati City is seeking a Senior Designer to lead UX for large enterprise features, guiding from ideation to production UI delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, CS or equivalent industry experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Senior Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Prior experience in enterprise financial systems, fintech or B2B apps is beneficial.
• Strong proficiency in end-to-end UX methodologies and usability testing.
• Experience with design systems governance and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX activities for large, complex B2B features from ideation to UI delivery.
• Create artefacts including user flows, service blueprints, wireframes, high-fidelity specs.
• Prototype, test, and iterate on complex interactions for engineering hand-off.
• Drive design consistency with enterprise Design Principles and scalable systems.
• Prioritize refinements and advocate design-led changes across roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product, solution architects, and engineering leads; mentor junior designers.
