• Resolve incidents for Enterprise Range level systems (e.g., servers, storage, networking).
• Perform remote troubleshooting and software/hardware issue resolution.
• Coordinate with field services and value chain for parts and approvals.
• Create PSC/work plans and onboarding activities for engineers.
