Job summary

IWG is a global leader in flexible workspace with 5,000+ locations across 120+ countries. We are seeking a role to own the Invoicing platform and drive a global e-invoicing program from day one, with multi-country rollout and strong compliance focus.

The successful candidate will manage Basware as the primary platform, optimize touchless AP processes, and coordinate with suppliers, tax authorities, and business units across live and upcoming markets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of an e-invoicing platform (Basware or equivalent).
• Strong e-invoicing compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven program and multi-country S2P or AP transformation experience.
• Ability to hold third-party providers to account.
• Broader S2P/procurement transformation background.

Responsibilities

• Own the invoicing platform’s performance and roadmap.
• Improve touchless processing rates to benchmarks.
• Deliver remaining country go-lives with compliance and tax requirements.
• Provide BAU support to countries already live.
• Deliver upcoming country extensions into the platform framework.
• Translate country mandates into platform requirements.
• Own AP metrics and supplier communications across the estate.
