TP Alabang in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for a 2,000-FTE Trust & Safety account. You will own end-to-end service delivery, performance, and client partnership across content moderation, policy enforcement, and incident response.

Competenze

• 15+ years in progressive BPO or digital operations leadership.
• 7+ years in senior operations roles leading 1,000+ FTE teams.
• Strong background in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or policy enforcement.
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and governance.
• Financial acumen including budgeting, capacity planning, and cost controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience driving transformation, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, regulated environment and on-site in Alabang.

• Lead multi-site operations and maintain service quality and risk controls.
