Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience
- 6+ years leading software engineering organizations at Manager or Director level
- 5+ years delivering enterprise technology products
- 3+ years presenting to and managing executive stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple software engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale products
- Own end-to-end software delivery across assets and initiatives
- Set engineering roadmaps, delivery plans, and operational strategies
- Lead AI-driven engineering initiatives and data-driven practices
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Business stakeholders to align with objectives
