Satellite Office in Pasig is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive performance for an Australian-based food and beverage client. The role blends strategy with hands-on execution across paid advertising, SEO, analytics, and CRO, with onsite work at Jollibee Tower, Ortigas.

You will plan and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, develop SEO strategies, monitor metrics like CPC, CPA, ROAS, and deliver insights through dashboards.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SEO strategy, keyword research, technical SEO, and on-page optimisation.
• Experience using GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
• Understanding of CRO, customer journeys, landing page optimisation, and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and make performance-driven recommendations.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns, websites, or brands independently.
• Good communication, organisation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with a focus on measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing to improve performance.
• Monitor key metrics, including CPC, CPA, CTR, conversions, revenue, and ROAS.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and maximise return on advertising spend.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities across multiple brands, websites, and markets.
