Satellite Office is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing, Performance & SEO Specialist to grow the digital presence and performance across Australia and international markets. You’ll handle paid advertising, SEO, website optimisation, analytics, and CRO to attract quality traffic and generate leads and sales.

The role combines strategy with hands-on execution and requires 4–6+ years of experience, with hands-on Google Ads, Meta advertising, SEO, and analytics.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SEO strategy, keyword research, technical SEO, and on-page optimization.
• Experience using GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
• Understanding of CRO, customer journeys, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and make performance-driven recommendations.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns, websites, or brands independently.
• Good communication, organisation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with a focus on measurable results.

Aufgaben

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing to improve performance.
• Monitor key metrics, including CPC, CPA, CTR, conversions, revenue, and ROAS.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and maximise return on advertising spend.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, and website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical and on-page SEO audits.
• Optimise website content, metadata, internal linking, and other SEO elements.
• Work with external developers or agencies to address technical SEO issues and website improvements.
• Manage website content and ongoing optimisation across multiple brand websites.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience, customer journeys, and conversion rates.
• Support website performance improvements through landing page optimisation and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with external developers and agencies on website enhancements when required.
• Use GA4, GSC, GTM, and analytics to track performance and generate reports.
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Track digital marketing KPIs and identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, leads, sales, and ROI.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities across multiple brands, websites, and markets.
• Monitor social channel and e‑commerce performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates.
