Job summary

IT By Design Philippines is seeking a Marketing Specialist – Social Media & Campaigns to own our Philippines employer brand and support global marketing campaigns. You will manage daily content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, create reels and graphics, and coordinate with HR, TA and international teams in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital marketing, social media or recruitment marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with major social platforms.
• Excellent English communication and content-writing skills.
• Experience with Canva + video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
• Basic understanding of HubSpot, UTMs, reporting and campaign QA.
• Creative, proactive, organized and highly detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global Marketing, Creative, HR and TA teams.
