MiniMed is seeking a Senior Training & Education Specialist in Manila to lead system and soft skills training across Diabetes Order Management. You will own onboarding for new hires and continuously improve training materials to elevate customer service quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years in training/enablement, and strong experience with LMS and multi-national teams. Fluent English is essential; familiarity with SAP/Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
Min. 4 years' experience in training, learning & development, or enablement within order management or customer service environments.
Clarity of thought, simplification, intellectual curiosity, and co-creation mindset are key.
Experience designing and delivering training programs.
Experience with e-learning tools and learning management systems (LMS).
Experience in a multi-stakeholder / multi-national environment.
Experience in change management and adoption enablement.
Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

Design, develop, and deliver system training programs.
Create and facilitate soft skills training programs.
Own and continuously improve the onboarding program for new hires within Diabetes Order Management.
Develop and maintain training materials.
Assess training needs and gaps.
Measure training effectiveness with KPIs, evaluations, and feedback loops.
