Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Senior Training & Education Specialist in Manila to lead system and soft skills training across Diabetes Order Management. You will own onboarding for new hires and continuously improve training materials to elevate customer service quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years in training/enablement, and strong experience with LMS and multi-national teams. Fluent English is essential; familiarity with SAP/Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Min. 4 years' experience in training, learning & development, or enablement within order management or customer service environments.
• Clarity of thought, simplification, intellectual curiosity, and co-creation mindset are key.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Experience with e-learning tools and learning management systems (LMS).
• Experience in a multi-stakeholder / multi-national environment.
• Experience in change management and adoption enablement.
• Fluent in English.

Within the Diabetes Customer Service and Supply Chain organization, we are looking for a Senior Training & Education Specialist to join our Service Excellence team. Our team drives customer journey transformation by streamlining processes, building capabilities, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding operational resilience.

In this role, you will own training and education across Diabetes Order Management - International, while actively supporting the transition to MiniMed and newly implemented platforms. You will empower employees to deliver memorable service that fosters customer loyalty and elevates their experience, through system training, soft skills programs, onboarding, and service excellence development.

You will be working in an international team with colleagues located in different countries. This is a hybrid position with office location in the Manila, Philippines.Your tasks may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Designing, developing, and delivering system training programs

Creating and facilitating soft skills training programs

Owning and continuously improving the onboarding program for new hires within Diabetes Order Management

Developing and maintaining training materials

Assessing training needs

Measuring training effectiveness through KPIs, evaluations, and feedback loops

Partnering with Quality & Compliance and Process Governance teams

Supporting management change

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Bachelor's degree

Min. 4 years' experience in training, learning & development, or enablement within order management or customer service environments

Clarity of thought, simplification, intellectual curiosity, and co-creation mindset are key demonstrated values

Experience designing and delivering training programs

Experience withe-learning toolsand learning management systems (LMS)

Experience working in amulti-stakeholder / multi-national environment

Experience inchange managementand adoption enablement

Fluent in English

It is beneficial if the Senior Training & Education Specialist would have the following experience:

• S/4HANA, SAP Centerpiece, Salesforce and/or CRM (ICE) system
• Agile Project Management (Scrum)
• Knowledge of the (Diabetes) medical device industry or pharma
• Experience in Medical Devices / Healthcare / Life Sciences industries
