Job summary

MiniMed's Global Diabetes Capability Center in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Training & Education Specialist to join the Service Excellence team. You will own training across Diabetes Order Management - International, delivering system and soft skills programs to empower employees and improve the customer experience.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least four years in training and LMS experience, and the ability to work across multi-national teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 4+ years in training, learning & development, or enablement
• Experience designing and delivering training programs
• Experience with e-learning tools and LMS
• Experience in multi-stakeholder/multi-national environment
• Change management and adoption enablement experience
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver system training programs
• Create and facilitate soft skills training programs
• Own onboarding for Diabetes Order Management
• Develop and maintain training materials
• Assess training needs
• Measure training effectiveness via KPIs, evaluations, and feedback
• Partner with Quality & Compliance and Process Governance
• Support management change
