Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Global Services, located in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Analyst for Global Financial Reporting to support end-to-end financial reporting processes across ERP platforms including SAP Central Finance. You will ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls while collaborating with regional teams and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes close processes, reconciliations, and continuous improvements in reporting reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting/finance.
CPA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant finance certification is preferred.
At least 3 years of professional experience in financial reporting, accounting, or related finance operations.
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting processes, reconciliations, journal entries, and close activities.
Experience with SAP, SAP Central Finance, BlackLine, BRAVO, TM1, or similar ERP/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end financial reporting across ERP platforms and entities.
Coordinate reconciliations and journal entries; support close-related activities.
Prepare analyses and submit data for statutory and management reporting.
Ensure data quality, controls, and audit readiness; document evidence.
