Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Data Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end solution delivery across accounts, ensuring technical excellence and strong client relationships. You will guide governance over delivery processes and lead teams to achieve high-impact data projects.

Responsibilities include aligning resources, planning delivery schedules, and maintaining quality and risk controls while collaborating with global teams and contributing to bid efforts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Data & Analytics, Big Data, DW, and BI projects.
• Hands-on with batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Proficient in Python, Scala, or Java for data mining and ML.
• Strong SQL and data visualization capabilities.
• Experience with cloud data technologies and modern data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution delivery for assigned accounts with governance.
• Ensure delivery governance and production alignment with chosen framework.
• Coordinate resource skills and seniority with delivery plans.
• Provide technical leadership for resilient architectures and quality.
• Foster collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Develop enduring client relationships and mitigate risks.
• Oversee proposals and statements of work; ensure EPAM standards.
