Job summary

Octal Philippines Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive data analytics and dashboard delivery, oversee web/app development services, and manage P&L. You will oversee client delivery for dashboarding, reporting, and website builds while guiding a cross-functional team across analytics and development disciplines.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication to align client needs with service delivery in a fast-paced agency-like environment.

Qualifications

Experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
Manages at least 10 people across multiple technical disciplines.
Background in data analytics or web development with experience in the other.
Experience in an agency or professional services environment.
Direct P&L ownership.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead the data analytics/dashboard and web/app development service lines.
Manage P&L for both functions.
Oversee client delivery for dashboarding, reporting, and website builds.
Manage team development across both technical skill sets.
