Job summary

Twoconnect is seeking a Finance Functional Lead to own the global D365 Finance template across a multi-entity organisation. The role governs the chart of accounts, posting profiles, tax structures and intercompany configurations, ensuring standardisation and localisations where needed.

You will drive end-to-end D365 implementations, support live environments, and train finance users while partnering with IT and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective D365 solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or AX Finance.
• Experience with at least one complete end-to-end, multi-entity D365/AX Finance implementation.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, intercompany, taxation and localization.
• Experience in multi-legal-entity environments supporting rollouts and live systems.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and ERP governance.
• Ability to translate finance requirements into D365 configuration and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the global D365 Finance template, including chart of accounts, financial dimensions, posting profiles, tax structures, intercompany configuration and core finance settings.
• Review and approve finance-related change requests, ensuring standardisation across entities while managing localisations and exceptions.
• Support multi-entity D365 rollouts from design and validation through UAT, go-live and hypercare.
• Provide functional support to live D365 Finance environments, including issue resolution, month-end/period-close support, and health checks.
• Lead the transition of finance support from external consultants to an internal ERP capability with knowledge transfer and governance.
• Partner with Finance and IT to translate requirements into D365 solutions and provide guidance to key finance users.
