Job summary

Fictiv is seeking an Associate Customer Program Manager to partner with US-based customers and cross-functional teams to accelerate product delivery. You will act as the primary advocate, coordinating programs from quote through delivery, ensuring milestones are met and customer satisfaction remains high.

You will manage multiple orders end-to-end, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvements while maintaining timely communication and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or MBA required.
• 4+ years in program management, project management, supply chain or customer-facing operations.
• Experience supporting NPI, low-volume production, or rapid prototyping programs.
• PMP/project management certification preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with US-based customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer programs end-to-end, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize and resolve top customer requests to meet timing and quality goals.
• Gather and interpret engineering, design, manufacturing, and logistics requirements for on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure successful order execution and post-delivery support.
• Oversee projects with adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
