Job summary

Luxottica is hiring a Supply Chain Customer and Material Planner in the Philippines to direct and coordinate materials planning, customer and supplier activities. You will forecast demand, schedule materials, and support KPI-driven performance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, at least 2 years of planning experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of planning experience in a high-volume manufacturing or retail environment.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; strong communication skills.
• Experience with MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
• Knowledge of demand planning and inventory management required.
• APICS CPIM qualification is an advantage.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage finished goods, substrate and packaging inventory to meet forecast demand.
• Coordinate with suppliers and production to optimize material flow.
• Set up and manage EDI and other data exchange as needed.
• Calculate inventory targets and compare to forecasts to minimize shortages/excesses.
• Publish weekly KPI reports and support transformation projects.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of supply chain issues.
• Participate in new product introductions and product transfers.
