Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Laguna, Biñan, is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Supervisor (Transitions) to support the Optodev planning and ensure inventory and production plans align with forecasted demand.

You will lead a small planning team, manage VMI and MTS replenishment, optimize parameters, deploy planning tools like Oracle-based modules, and drive continuous improvement across global supply chains while maintaining service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Production Planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventories including Finished Goods, substrates, and packaging to forecasted demand while meeting working capital objectives.
• Lead and maintain EDI requirements.
• Develop replenishment plans to support Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
• Monitor and publish Supply Chain KPIs and performance reports.
• Lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement in planning.
