Job summary

Luxottica is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Supervisor (Transitions) in Biñan, Philippines, to assist the Supply Chain Section Head in leading and managing all Optodev planning activities for the Transitions category. You will drive inventory and production planning processes, and develop planners' competencies to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
3–5 years in Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory or Production Planning in manufacturing.
Knowledge of production planning, inventory management and demand planning.
Proficient in Excel and MS Office applications.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or MFG Pro.
APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning and inventory management for FG, substrates, and packaging.
Lead and manage EDI requirements and Vendor Managed Inventory programs.
Maintain inventory targets aligned with forecasted demand to minimize shortages.
Support deployment of Oracle-based replenishment planning and systems.
Monitor and publish Supply Chain KPIs; drive cross-functional issue resolution.
Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
Develop and mentor planners to strengthen team performance.
Ensure compliance with safety and company policies in planning activities.
