Job summary

S&P Global Manila is seeking a data analyst to support sales performance, report generation, and data governance within a global Commercial team. You will monitor metrics, analyze data, and help optimize processes across systems.

The role requires 1–3 years in data processing, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Salesforce/Oracle/Tableau/Power BI. Collaboration across functions and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in data processing or analysis.
• Familiar with Python, SQL or VBA.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or business preferable.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic macros/IF statements.
• Prior experience in sales support, systems, or business analyst roles.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics regularly.
• Support financial processes such as month-end close and commissions working with members of a global Commercial team via case management system
• Manage data accuracy and integrity across systems, including territory and account alignment.
• Generate and analyze reports for sales, management, and finance teams.
• Assist with process improvements, system updates, and data governance.
• Support sales initiatives, projects, and cross-functional collaboration.
