Job summary

Nestlé Global in the Philippines is seeking a CRM Account Manager to join our Meycauayan, Bulacan-based team. This hybrid, full-time role supports global CRM delivery, ensuring project momentum and effective stakeholder collaboration.

You will drive CRM projects, onboard teams, and forecast service needs while maintaining data accuracy and KPI focus. A Bachelor’s degree and strong English are required for this dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient in English, able to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong focus on KPIs such as retention, engagement, and CLV.
• Ensures data accuracy, quality, and governance within CRM systems.
• Experience in a global or multi-market environment.
• Knowledge of marketing and branding principles.
• Experience in change management.
• Leadership experience, collaborating with stakeholders in a leadership capacity.
• Experience in training and development.

Responsibilities

• Gather information from the Business Category or Market and keep operational teams informed (scope of work and timings, volumes, brand guidelines, etc.).
• Support in defining and setting up efficient ways of working between Business Category or Market and CRM solutions’ internal and external partners.
• Create and monitor the progress of CRM projects in workflow.
• Capture forecasts for CRM Services’ internal and external partners.
• Drive the operational roll-out/localization of CRM projects to markets, liaising with partners and markets.
• Schedule and conduct CRM Services engagement, onboarding and training sessions with Centralized Category/Brand teams and/or Markets.
• Be the point of escalation for issues/risks regarding Marketing & Sales CRM Solutions.
• Collect feedback from requestors to analyze and generate insights into improvements.
• Highlight opportunities for improvement and liaise with the Global Team.
• Inform Global Team on Marketing & Sales solutions available and support activation.
