Responsibilities

• Manage collections activities for large commercial accounts.
• Lead cash application and resolve disputes with internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to credit control policies and procedures in the region.
• Prepare and distribute global debt files and performance reports.
• Maintain data quality and accurate escalation points for key strategic clients.
