Job summary

Mace is seeking a Creative Services Manager | Graphic Designer in the Philippines to join our international PMO and Planning unit. You will work on both internal workstreams and client-facing fee-earning projects as part of a global team on large programmes.

You’ll create compelling content using Adobe Creative Cloud, SharePoint and other M365 tools, establish creative direction, and deliver branded visuals throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience applying brand guidelines to visual assets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality graphics and visual assets aligned with client brand priorities.
• Set the creative direction during mobilisation of programmes.
• Support ongoing visual needs throughout project lifecycles.
• Modify assets to improve effectiveness per brand guidelines.
• Develop programme document visuals in collaboration with Establishment Leads.
