Mercator by Citco is a leading provider of Global Entity Portfolio Management services. The team supports multinational clients with 50+ entities across 170 jurisdictions, delivering end-to-end corporate services from incorporation to dissolution.

The role involves independent work alongside senior lawyers, drafting and reviewing documents, managing statutory filings, and coordinating with partners worldwide while ensuring regulatory adherence and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Law (or last year student).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Flexible, proactive and attentive to details with excellent communication skills.
• 1+ years of experience in provision corporate services to international clients or 2+ years in corporate law.

Responsabilités

• Will act independently and assist senior lawyers in the provision of corporate subsidiary governance services to clients with worldwide presence.
• Prepare and review legal documents for all stages of company lifecycle, from incorporation to dissolution, for clients worldwide in accordance with legal requirements with agreed deadlines.
• Perform and/or monitor statutory filings with local authorities.
• Coordinate with business partners, clients and colleagues worldwide to gather information and documentation required to carry out assignments.
• Ensure that client’s local, international and industry-specific requirements are met and legal updates are shared.
• Maintain data and ensure proper reporting.
