Mercator by Citco delivers global entity portfolio management for multinational clients across more than 170 jurisdictions. The role supports senior lawyers in providing corporate governance services from incorporation through dissolution for clients with worldwide presence.

You will prepare and review legal documents, manage statutory filings, and coordinate with partners worldwide while ensuring compliance with changing local and international requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law (or final year student)
• 1+ years experience in corporate services to international clients or 2+ years in corporate law
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Fluent in German (written and verbal)
• Flexible, proactive and attentive to details, team player with excellent communication skills

Responsabilités

• Act independently and assist senior lawyers in providing corporate subsidiary governance services to clients with worldwide presence
• Prepare and review legal documents for all stages of company lifecycle from incorporation through dissolution for clients worldwide in accordance with legal requirements with agreed deadlines
• Perform and/or monitor statutory filings with local authorities
• Coordinate with business partners, clients and colleagues worldwide to gather information and documentation for assignments
• Ensure compliance with client, local, international and industry-specific requirements and share legal updates
• Maintain data and ensure proper reporting
