Sodali & Co, a global capital markets advisory firm, seeks an experienced Paralegal to join its Manila-based Legal and Compliance team. The role supports corporate, commercial, and compliance matters for the firm’s global business, collaborating with legal colleagues across multiple time zones.

The position requires 7–10 years of paralegal experience, preferably with US-based company or law firm exposure, and proficiency in contracts, governance, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of paralegal experience supporting corporate/commercial matters.
• Experience with US-based company or law firm is a must.
• Experience with contracts, compliance, or corporate governance including reviewing/drafting complex legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate and track commercial contracts including client agreements, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Support procedures for contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain corporate books and records for the Company and its global subsidiaries.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across regions and time zones.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, templates, and standard corporate documentation.
• Drive improvement initiatives within Legal and Compliance and broader business operations.
