Job summary

RedCore, an international group, seeks a Head of Copywriting to lead global content strategy, localization, and team management across markets. You will oversee copywriters, proofreaders, and translators, ensuring compliant, high-quality content for fintech, marketing, e-commerce, and more.

You will coordinate localization across regions, implement standards, optimize workflows, and collaborate with legal and product teams to support global launches.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing global content strategies, Tone of Voice, and written content in the iGaming industry.
• Experience in managing Copywriting, Proofreading, and Localization teams in gambling and marketing.
• Deep understanding of localization principles and content adaptation to different markets.
• Ability to work with legal and regulatory requirements when preparing written content.
• Experience developing content quality standards and processes for multi-regional teams.
• Skills in analyzing content performance, A/B testing, and optimizing text-based communications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional team management.
• Experience collaborating with specialists from different countries.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Copywriters, Proofreaders, Reviewers, and Translators.
• Develop and implement style, terminology, localization, and legal standards, including TOV.
• Coordinate content translation and adaptation across markets with translators.
• Optimize and automate content creation and translation processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure high content quality and timely delivery with quality control processes.
• Analyze performance and localization results using metrics and user feedback.
• Support and mentor the team through training and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Content, CRM, Product, Legal, and other teams for launches.
