Job summary

Nexthink is seeking a senior leader to oversee global accounting, consolidation, audits, and financial reporting. This role reports to the CFO and drives risk mitigation across the organization, partnering with senior leaders to align finance with company strategy.

The candidate will manage global close cycles, establish policies, and guide the accounting function toward best-in-class operations, with a focus on scalable processes and robust internal controls.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA is required
• Strong leadership and team development skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee global accounting organization including controllership, accounting, audit, tax, and financial systems
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely, accurate reporting
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes including consolidation
• Manage all accounting operations: AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Cash, Intercompany
• Interface with finance teams across countries/time zones for global close
• Develop accounting policies and provide GAAP guidance (US GAAP, IFRS, ASC 606)
