SupportNinja is seeking a Sr. Director, Corporate Controller to shape global financial architecture while guiding scalable accounting operations. This remote role reports to the VP of Finance and requires cross-border leadership, risk management, and strategic finance execution across international entities.

The role emphasizes driving financial strategy, regulatory excellence, and transformation initiatives within a dynamic BPO environment. US EST overlap and travel as needed are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with CPA certification.
• Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• 5–10 years in a significant senior leadership capacity within a global environment.
• 2–3 years at Director level.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge, audits and compliance.
• Proficiency in SAP or Sage or comparable ERP platforms.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience developing financial models, variance analysis, and process improvements.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee global financial infrastructure and reporting frameworks.
• Liaise with Executive Team to inform enterprise-wide strategy.
• Direct enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Champion digital transformation in finance for efficiency and decision support.
• Lead global M&A integration and financial consolidation efforts.
• Establish and govern global financial policies for scalability and control.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing global finance team.
• Collaborate with VP of Finance on long-term financial roadmap.
