Straive in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Contracts Specialist to support the review and management of international contracts. The role focuses on contract review, agreement execution, and tracking obligations to ensure compliance across projects.

You will maintain contract databases and monitoring tools, coordinate with internal teams on requirements and deadlines, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of contract documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Formación

• Legal education preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience reviewing international contracts.
• Experience with agreement execution and obligations management.
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms is an advantage but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze international contracts and agreements.
• Assist in contract execution and ensure obligations are properly tracked and managed.
• Maintain contract databases and monitoring tools for contract lifecycle tracking.
