Job summary

S&P Global Energy is seeking a Contract Commercial Support Specialist to aid the contract management team in day-to-day operations, data entry in CPQ, and managing global orders from creation to fulfillment.

You will work closely with Sales and other departments to resolve client inquiries and ensure compliance with pricing and legal standards, contributing to timely order processing and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in contract management and order processing.
• Proficient data entry in CPQ or similar platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills to track case statuses and ensure smooth processing.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract data entry into CPQ deals.
• Manage global orders including new, amendments, and renewals, focusing on major accounts.
• Track case statuses from deal creation through fulfillment and invoicing.
• Monitor escalations and gather information for prompt resolution.
• Assist Sales with client inquiries on products, billing, status, and changes.
• Provide contract management support and report deal statuses in BPM meetings as needed.
• Ensure adherence to CPQ procedures and business SLAs.
