Job summary

WPP Production is seeking a Content Manager to oversee publishing and content operations for global client campaigns. The role focuses on top-quality CMS-driven content, collaboration with internal and external teams, and maintaining robust content workflows.

The position requires experience with localization, HTML/XML/JSON, and enterprise CMS. The hybrid work setup includes 2 days work-from-home and 3 days onsite in Metro Manila, with a night shift from 1am–10am to support global launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with focus on marketing, design, or communication.
• Experience with localization and managing content for a global audience using a CMS.
• Deep knowledge of content management and related system processes.
• Experience with git client apps (Tower, SourceTree) a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON and enterprise CMS.
• Ability to troubleshoot CMS issues and communicate with technical and non-technical personnel.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day content management operations for product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables for clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams and maintain high communication standards.
• Plan page structures with developer teams and agree on project approaches.
• Lead small projects with team support.
• Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to documentation and training within the content management org.
• Understand CMS tools and internal workflows; troubleshoot issues as first line of defense.
• Provide feedback to evolve internal platforms and tooling.
