Oversees a large and / or multiple Content teams, responsible for people management, day-to-day operations, and accomplishing divisional objectives through the delivery of service and quality targets.
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
- Manages one or more Content teams globally
- Communicates a clear vision and encourages team to excel in meeting operations objectives and targets
- Provides strong coaching and mentoring to a hybrid mix of reports that includes first level Managers and Specialists
- Develops deep expertise within teams through the performance enablement conversations
- Manages any critical issues both internally and externally with clients
- Communicates effectively with other colleagues globally, sharing knowledge at all times and adopting good practices
- Uses Business Process Improvement techniques to help operational management of issues, improve quality and reduce cost/waste
- Drives the Content Incentive Plan effectively within the team and communicates clearly on performance culture
- Holds responsibility for day-to-day operations, recruitment, training and development of the team/s
- Drives cross‑functional initiatives or horizontal initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- People Leader experience managing global teams
- Significant relevant Content experience
