Job summary

EY in Taguig is seeking a Manager to lead Consulting Support Services (CSS) engagements across global clients. You will supervise a growing team, coordinate projects, and drive process improvements within end-to-end engagement lifecycles.

The role requires strong people leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication with senior stakeholders. With 10+ years in project management and a relevant degree, you will mentor staff, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and help expand CSS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management or Economics; Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP, Prince 2 or relevant certifications preferred.
• 10+ years in industry or project management with 1-2 years in mid-level management.
• Excellent people skills and ability to lead 15-20 team members.
• Strong English communication in written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations for multiple global clients / processes; coordination, supervision, and development of a growing team
• Grow CSS business through networks, client engagements, and new services
• Interface regularly with engagement stakeholders and anticipate client needs
• Involve in people initiatives including recruiting and training professionals and act as a role model
• Lead and collaborate on team and Consulting level initiatives
• Manage and counsel team span of 15-20, Staff, Senior and Assistant Manager
