Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a Confidentiality Compliance Counsel to promote adherence to confidentiality requirements and policies, protecting the company’s assets and reputation.

You will lead global compliance initiatives, provide guidance on confidentiality risks, collaborate with Legal, security, and business teams, and develop trainings and tools to mitigate conflicts of interest.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years as an attorney focused on trade secret and antitrust law.
• Experience creating and implementing global compliance programs.
• Knowledge of global antitrust, trade secret and conflict of interest laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on confidentiality-related laws and regulations.
• Develop and deliver confidentiality compliance trainings and communications.
• Draft and review confidentiality policies and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Legal, security, and business teams on risk assessments.
• Support internal audits and investigations related to confidentiality issues.
