Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Specialist Global Compensation & Benefits Accounting (PG25) to join the Global Services Finance team. You will oversee payroll, pension, expense, and bonus accounting with strong controls and compliance.

We require 4–6 years of professional experience, supervisory capabilities, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office, with fluent English. Up to 5% travel may be required; join a Credo-driven, diverse corporate culture.

Qualifications

• Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo.
• Maintain Operational Excellence and execute accounting/daily operations for Compensation & Benefits Accounting.
• Close financial periods timely per calendar, with SLA commitments and SOX/compliance.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of actuals within scope; support auditors and authorities.
• Lead training for new team members and BPO partners; contribute to process improvements.
