Johnson & Johnson Global Finance in the Philippines is seeking a qualified professional to join the Compensation & Benefits Accounting team. You will handle payroll, pension, expenses, and related cost bookings, ensuring accurate balance sheet reconciliations.

The role emphasizes strong internal controls, adherence to global policies, and collaboration with auditors and cross-functional teams. 2–4 years of accounting experience and fluency in English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications is preferred.
• 2-4 years of professional experience required.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 0-5%.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports and related analyses.
• Support financial planning processes and forecasting.
• Assist with month-end close and SOX/compliance activities.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and accuracy of actuals.
• Support internal/external audits and governance.
• Proficient use of ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office for reporting.
