• 3–5 years in HR Shared Services or Compensation operations.
• Experience with ASR, STI, LTI and compensation reporting.
• Experience with Workday compensation data management and reporting.
• Strong Excel and data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Support global compensation processes including ASR, STI and LTI.
• Maintain and validate Workday compensation data across regions.
• Generate standard and ad hoc compensation reports and insights.
• Coordinate and support regional and global benefits programs and vendor management.
• Manage end-to-end compensation transactions and SLA compliance.
