Job summary

HRTX is seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead the total rewards strategy in our Manila-based team. You will design competitive salary structures, oversee benefits programs, and ensure alignment with business goals and market standards.

In this role you will conduct salary benchmarking, manage payroll review cycles, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and partner with HR and leadership to inform rewards decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation, and salary benchmarking.
• Experience in handling benefits administration and vendor management.
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
